Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Every product in the range is available in quantity, and we quote per enquiry rather than publishing a trade list.
Is there a published wholesale price list?
No. Quantities, timing and the mix of products all move the price, so we would rather quote your actual order than publish a number that fits nobody. The more specific you can be, the sharper the price.
What should I put in the enquiry?
Which products and roughly how many of each, when you need them and where they are going, whether it is a one-off or a repeating order, and a contact name, email and phone number.
Is there a minimum order?
None is published. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what we can do at it.
Which products can I order in quantity?
All of them: the jacks, the engine stand and crane, the impact wrench, the ramps, the jump starter, the tow rope, the gloves and the car first aid kit.
What specification will my customers get?
The same one published on each product page, which is the manufacturer's own including the load rating. We make no separate safety certification claim, and the product pages say so.
How is a bulk order delivered?
Retail delivery is free across the United Kingdom over £100 and takes 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. A bulk order is quoted with its own lead time, because it depends on the quantity.
Do trade orders get the same returns terms?
The statutory rights on this site are consumer rights, and a business buying for resale is not a consumer. What a trade order is covered for is set out in the quote, so ask before you order rather than after.
How would a trade order be paid for?
The same two ways the shop takes money: card through Stripe, or PayPal. No credit account or payment term is offered.
